I tried it on my HB with 92 agility (including VA quick for +7) and 40 vision.
Averaged 2.2 Yards on 19 rushes with the longest at 6 yards but seemed to do well at the goal line, 3 TDs where he found the gaps. Otherwise it seemed pretty useless eg http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?game_id=441114&pbp_id=952920

+1 Aside from the minimum agility requirements, Super Elusive seems to be all about the play selection.

This just looks like burning a corner and nobody catching him. I don't see any super elusive going on here. The player dots shrinking must be diving attempts.

Looks more like good blocking
SS blitz fails and the LOLB gets blocked pretty early
