i guess ill chime in. while i personally dont choose to have the same posting habits as some other guys here, as a long time administrator of boards that were even larger than this one, i can say that this moderating style is overly aggressive, and isnt fixing a problem as much as creating one, in my honest opinion. while i do believe that some people should tone it down in here (trash talk is awesome but sometimes people have been crossing the line), i dont think anyone deserves to be banned and any thread deserves to be locked in here.

im a mod at a much bigger and better board, and we frown upon bans, if you cant handle it leave. nothing said on this board is going to affect anyone in real life

You can make an argument to have people banned or have posts locked but he has been locking posts that should not be locked, IMHO. You should lock a post if it has gotten totally out of control, not if one or two people come in and make a dumb comment that the rest of the posters have ignored. This is my first experience with this mod and so far I am far from impressed.
