He has (once 3 more pcs. of lvl.16 equipment are upgraded) over 79 speed and soft capped agility already and is being built as an elusive scat back to partner with a power back. I boost every season and have played GLB since season 2 and have a pretty good idea on how to build solid players. He is on a CPU team right now so short of a small team chemistry hit, he is free to sign anywhere. Please PM with interest.
