Sometimes, when I see that an offer was rejected, I'll take a look at where the player went instead, and for what.

If they chose a team where they could start or have a bigger role, makes sense.
If they chose a team that paid them more and everything else was the same or better, ok.
If they chose a team that is in a higher league where they are a better fit for the suggested level ranges, that's fine too.

But when someone rejects to go to a AAA league team where they'll hardly ever see the field or one that is a clear loser with no stadium, I just don't get it.

You almost have to send out 40 offers to each position if you can find that many and check often. I tried being picky and just choosing the ones I liked and it costs a bunch of time. Even being the Conf. champ doesn't make things much better sometimes. Having connections is always good. I found that pm'ing your current agents before the season ends and trying to get them to bring more guys over is the best solution.

I think that helped me as well, also just trying to fix the players you have is easier then try to recruit new ones.

I have some of the best GMs... They are the true soul of my team and the recruiting. Now we are all grouping level 1s so that we can have another team together next season somewhere. Who knows where!?
