Sorry, but I don't have much good to say about this build, mainly because of SA's. The general build is OK if you had not spent on SA's.
No, that is a terrible build. You wasted a bunch of points on SAs. It is way too early for you to have spent points on SA's. Strength and blocking should both be over 60 unequipped by now, if not to 68.
The points you spent on SAs would have helped you reach caps on strength and blocking getting you valuable points each time you leveled up.
Even if it was OK to spend points on the SAs at your level, the way you spent them is terrible. Pancake is a terrible SA and worse because it costs so much to improve. You should concentrate on working one or two SAs instead of trying to build up a whole bunch of them. With the points you spent you could at least have line general up to 7 and actually doing something. But those points would have been better spent on your core attributes.
Center is a position that almost demands that you build up strength and blocking up to 68 ASAP. You get huge level-up bonuses for doing this, these are your most important attributes, and a center has very few attributes to work on over a carreer.

wow, that's a bit harsh. the character might be behind the curve due to too much SA spending to start (a common problem and one that I am guilty of for my first character too), but I'd be shocked if it wasn't fixable. I believe a C will want to have extremely high str, high blocking and decent agility/conf/vis/spd. After that, they are going to want to get high line general.
