Also wanted to add nothing but great comments about Sergev - owner and Moneyman- Head Coach of the defuncted Lightning! Hope to find a team with great leadership & class as the two mentioned above!!

I gave several of the players a new homes today.

I kept a few here in A6. No need for them to leave!

We have been playing with 3 LBs (and with only 2 OTs for most of the season) since last season. This off season we were looking at having to replace another 6-8 players. It's extremely difficult and time consuming to recruit the types of players you need to be competitive. We have been just good enough to get into the playoffs every season, but for except for 1 season, not good enough to secure the home field. We weren't ever able to complete our whole stadium. With the price of equipment at these levels we were no long able to pay for all of our players upgrades....just doing everything we could to remain solvent. Its the reality of the GLB economy.

hire a recruiter or just sign long contracts..i have a few one season deals but mostly speaking i wont sign a deal unless its at least 2 seasons...then my dudes see im cool shit and they just stay. i know you prolly heard this all b4 but just thought i would throw it out there.

by the time i got there, there wasnt one guy left. good job in picking up those guys
