My brother and I have bookend DEs and a DT available. They are currently level 10, close to 11. We boost every year, and they are fully custom equipped. These players are a new adventure for us, as we've never done a true slow-build with players before.
We are looking for a slow-build team, maybe even a super-slow build team, meaning we'd ultimately like to slow-build them till nearly level 28 where the XP plateau hits(being our first, we'd like to maximize our potential). One stipulation is that we'd like to see the Bumblebee brothers in the starting line up, mainly just to have their names displayed on the team's home page in the roster. It's just a stipulation, we understand that with a slow-build team, starters don't get any more PT than back ups. We're very unselfish, but everyone's got their thing.
All 3 players have all 60 skill points unused right now, and we don't plan to use them, as previously stated. We are willing to sign a long-term deal to prove our commitment to the slow-build. We will also play for whatever is the minimum to train on intense for the duration of the contract, as long as team pays for equipment upgrades.
