I think ColaCock is right. We missed the playoffs by 1 point, brutal. Personally I don't know how points scored is a more important tie breaker than head-to-head record....

Playoff Seeding Tiebreakers

When two or more teams have the same regular season record, seeding comes down to the following tiebreakers.

To determine the winner of a tie within a Conference the following Tiebreakers go into effect:

1. If there are only 2 teams tied (same record), higher seed is the winner of the head-to-head match up.

1. If there are more than 2 teams tied (same record), then it's based upon these factor in this order:
1. Number of head-to-head wins against the other tied teams with the same record.
2. Number of total points scored.
3. Number of total points allowed.

League Championship Home Team

The league championship home team is decided by the following factors.

1. Regular Season Record
2. Number of points scored.
3. Number of points allowed.

Wasn't specified if that is regular season or playoff points, but it's probably regular season.

They way I understand the tie breakers, you only look at head-to-head wins once. After head-to-head, Durban and Madagascar are still tied 2-1 while Monrovia and Quicama are tied at 1-2. It then moves to points scored to break the remaining ties. Durban beats Madagascar by outscoring them 652 to 644. Quicama beats Monrovia by outscoring them 681 to 643. Monrovia needed to score 38 more points to bump Quicama from the playoffs. The final positions:

6th Durban DesertHawks
7th Madagascar Serpent Eagles
8th Quiçama Park Rangers
9th Monrovia Blood Diamonds
