Simple- nobody has nominated him yet. With only two ballots in, there is plenty of time for someone to nominate him, if worthy.

I took over the ownership of the Moscow Iron Curtain when our owner bailed. I will try to get a ballot in if I can find some time.

Considering nobody from the Skins have put in a vote for anybody else, and given the few ballots that have been put in, I'm not sure why anybody would even question why they are not on the ballot. Might as well play the Powerball twice and then wonder why you haven't won the millions.
We've got a few additional ballots in Zeta so, if you look at our lists, while there is some overlap, there are also a number of differences. I, for one, look not at totals, but rather how well the person played each time they were in a play and how consistent the player was. Others have different methods. That's what makes this fun- but it's not as much fun if you don't get participants.
Given this is opened up to everyone in Alpha to vote, let's see what your ballot looks like, given the parameters Skoll put out!

I wish I had that kind of time!
OTOH, if you check my picks, you'll see my reasoning for picking who I picked. For example, I'm going to look for a HB who had a decent number of yards and a high average yds/carry, with a bonus in my mind if they also scored TDs or caught passes or if they were lower leveled. To me, picking the person with the highest number of yards just tells me that the person ran a lot, not how well they ran. They may have been rushing every possible play for the team, which meant they better get a lot of yards. You can look at a few of their games that you likely scouted as well to remind yourself how they played.
For example, looking at Alpha, I would rate Andrew Fields of the Fire Seers higher than Gale Sayers. Sure, Sayers got more overall yards and TDs, but he was run much more than Fields, yet Fields averaged 13.1 yds/carry vs Sayers 12.5 yds/carry. Fields also had a better average on receiving, with 16.9 yds/reception vs Sayers11.9 yds/reception. In addition, Fields is currently a full 16 levels below Sayers.
Again, this is not to knock Sayers at all, since he would potentially be on my ballot with Fields if I was in Alpha, but it does show my logic in picking- it doesn't take that much work to do if you play with the conference leader toggles and spend a little time on team pages or have been scouting all season- I put most of my ballot in Zeta together in maybe a half hour of research. (My half back research comparing Fields and Sayers took about two minutes).

Going to have to wrap up the voting tomorrow. Hopefully, a few more Owners and/or GMs will get something in...otherwise this will be a woeful voter turnout (you would think we were doing something like a presidency).

Sadly a lack of votes: but I would like to give props to all. Defensively, we could have voted for a ton of guys in the more dominate Ds, but the problem with domination is you end up with lower stats.

Nah, we would never have a 500 season at our peak.
