Monrovia Blood Diamonds v. Durban DesertHawks
Well.... we have a crazy scenario.... if the hawks win this one and everything else plays out. We have a 4 way tie with the Eagles, Diamonds, DesertHawks, & Rangers for the last 3 spots. OR the Diamonds win and the Hawks are out of the playoffs... and the Eagles and Hawks are very happy.

Tanzania Mountaineers v. Madagascar Serpent Eagles
The Eagles are on the worst stretch of games known to man... I don't see them winning this one... but with a win they would be left out of the possible 4 way tie for the last three spots. I don't know all the tie breakers... but one of them is total points scored... and the Eagles are only 11 points ahead of the hawks for last place in this foursome. I suggest they score some big points even if they loose.

Central African Tigers v. Cape Town Cowboys = Tigers

Quiçama Park Rangers v. Namibia Wildehond = Rangers

Zambezi Silverbacks v. BALTIMORE BALLERS = Silverbacks

Ghana Ashanti Empire v. South African Ratels = Empire

Tanzania Lumberjacks v. Richards Bay Raging Redskins = Lumberjacks

Pangani Peckerwoods v. Pullman Sinsations = Peckerwoods

Anyone wanna figure out who looses out if there is a 4 way tie?

If there are more than 2 teams tied (same record), then it's based upon these factor in this order:

1. Number of head-to-head wins against the other tied teams with the same record.
2. Number of total points scored.
3. Number of total points allowed.

Records
Eagles 2-1
Diamonds 1-1 (hawks still to play)
DesertHawks 1-1(Diamonds still to play)
Rangers 1-2

Well for points scored....
1. Quiçama Park Rangers 655
2. Monrovia Blood Diamonds 637
3. Madagascar Serpent Eagles 625
4. Durban DesertHawks 614

Well that is pretty close.... those are tie breakers for going for 1 spot... god knows what bort does for 3 spots, lol

I believe the Hawks have to win to get in, otherwise they lose out on the tie breaker at least thats how I am seeing it.

I believe we have the tie breaker against the Park Rangers (since we beat them), so are we not guaranteed a spot?

I'm just not completely sure.... if it was considered a head to head then yes your win means your in. But because it is a 4 way tie... and there will be a tie for wins within the tied 4.... it might go all the way to points scored to decide.... I'm just not sure.

Right. So let me try and break this down for Durban's purposes.

If we win and Monrovia loses, and the Rangers win...and Eagles lose, we will all be at 10-6 going to tiebreaker.

Durban would be 2-1 against those teams.
Eagles would be 2-1 as well.
Rangers would be 1-2.
Monrovia would be 1-2.

Rangers and Monrovia would be eliminated, leaving Durban and Eagles. We have the head-to-head victory over the Eagles, so would that get us in the playoffs? Usually with more than 2 teams tied, the tiebreaking hierarchy starts over at each settled issue (i.e. breaking down from our original 4-way tie to a 2-way tie). Or I am wrong about that and then it goes into who scored the most between us and the Eagles?

If we lose, then it seems Eagles get in because of their victory over Monrovia. Correct?

I'm gonna post this on the main forum to get an answer...don't want to be disappointed tomorrow night. At any rate, I am just disappointed to be even in this discussion this season, but it is what it is and we will deal with it.

To me, it looks like if Durban wins & Eagles lose, then the seeding should go:

6. Durban
7. Eagles
8. Monrovia
9. Rangers
