PONTIAC WAR KITTENS (12-2) AT FRESNO FIRE (12-2)
A little tussle at the top for potential home field in a 2nd round rematch if seedings hold. Pontiac handled Reno with more ease than did Fresno and they also took out a tough Jacktown team. I think Pontiac has an edge up front and their secondary should hold up OK.

SAN JOSE CHUPACABRA (8-6) at LOS ANGELES MAJORS (8-6)
A lot of teams are watching this one. Both teams have good tests in the final week of the season, and they need this one to have any kind of breathing room heading in to tough week 16 games. Those 7-7 teams are wishing they could BOTH lose and really make it interesting. Looking at common opponents doesn't help. They flip vs Oly, flip vs DC... matchup points to SJ ground vs LA air. Idon't have any earth shattering insight in my couple minutes of review.
O Captian, my Captain, the MAJORS look like a playoff team. 42-31

Humpers 240-3 in a tight one.
Have not been looking forward to these guys...

OMAHA MAVERICKS (11-3) at OLYMPIA DOLLAR NINETY NINES (7-7)
Olympia will finish at least .500, as I'll make an early week 16 prediciton of a win over Bay Area. The question is whether they can pull off an upset this week to feel better about playoff chances - Norse'll have to weigh in on that, but with a lot of help, including an LA meltdown, they might could sneak in. Sorry, guys. Omaha has beefed up down the stretch and i think they're pushing into the top 4 right now.
