Nah, there are four teams in Zeta I think that are in the race. I find it hard to dismiss Dublin when they beat our asses and currently sit 10-3 alongside Essen. Or rather, I hope they last long enough in the post season so we can play them again. That loss really, really, pissed me off.

Dresden has a better offense and the number 1 defense, they are good. We are better than last year, but not quite to the level of good yet, we will get there, but a ways to go before we are considered good, too many holes at the moment.

Lots of holes, wouldn't want to broadcast them to the league though We have not and were not expected to do much this season so I would say our expectations are fine, as I see it, we are competitive, but there are quite a few teams that are stronger than us.

Loving this stretch of easy games we are on. It's like watching a big vacuum suck teams back to the 3 loss range.

First the Geriatric Wolves, next the Endzone Gorillas.

Hello home playoff game.

That is what happens when you play in the weaker conference. Everything looks better on paper. The reality of the situation is that 7 of the top 9 scoring defenses play in Zeta. That doesn't tell me that the best defense is played in Zeta, it tells me that Zeta as a whole can't score any points.

Madrid has the best defense in this league, make no mistake about that.

Having played against Dresden and Madrid as the OC of the Nurples, I'd still rank D'Haran as the best defense we have played. Only team that we have played in a regular season game that's kept us below 300 yards of offense.

Yeah, you're probably right. Let me rephrase my statement. Madrid has the best defense out of the top teams in the league. If D'Haran's offense was anything like it's defense they would be scary good.

That said, the preseason scrimmages hold absolutely no value or use as far as determining the skill of the opponent, so I don't think the Naples scrimmage with us mounts to a hill of beans tbh.

The one thing I do know is D'Haran's DEs are beasts. Last season they caught one of our fastest WRs from behind in the open field if I remember right.

We beat D'Haran 41-0 and they only had 100 Yards Total Offense. But their Defense was actually impressive considering how many times we had the ball. The 5 TDs we scored, 3 were long and sustained drives, 1 was a 42yd Run and 1 was a Defensive Interception Return

D'Haran get a lot of pressure on the QB, my QB was sacked twice and hurried 10 times. What a shame he has high Strength to get the ball away Lol

D'Haran does have a good Defense but does have weaknesses in the Secondary. Front 7 are maybe the best in Alpha though
