I play LOT most of the time and I've got the opportunity to buy one of two items:

+1 Jumping - +1 Protector
+2 Vision - +1 Get Low

The Protector deal seems pretty sweet even though jumping is worthless. Also as you upgrade that piece, does the Protector skill also upgrade?

SAs upgrade every other level - so if you spend 16, 32, 48 BT.

Ultimately I think any AE without +2 in a 2-capped attribute should be passed upon - and that goes for pretty much any position. My G hit the lottery and got a +3 strength, +1 First Step SA that's been SWEEEEEEET.

yep take it. if your a LOT that's the best SA, and there's more value in using ADV EQ to boost one of your "last" SAs that cost more SP. Take it now, don't waste time trying to chase the +2 attribute with the protector, you may shop for a half a season or more and not get it. It's just not that big of a deal in the end. The +4 to an SA by lvl 40 is. If you were building you protector to 10 the last 4 pts would cost 22 SP. That's what the EQ is ultimately worth.

I'd take and develop a +1 kicking, +1 Protector piece for a LT

By the time you have 5 upgrades on it, you won't miss the +1-3 stat/skill points so much.

(My LT has a +8 blocking/+4 Protector piece. It is MO-NEY) - Yours would be +6 blocking/+1 jumping/+4 Protector at the same upgrade level if you did all blocking. That's also pretty money
