Win at life. This is nothing. I'm as competitive as it gets, but seriously in the grand scheme of things, this is just pissin' in the ocean. When you have to shout to the world how great you are, does it really mean anything? What purpose does it serve? Are you helping your team when your image gets so tarnished that getting quality talent ( i.e. agents who are A) Team oriented B) Reasonably intelligent and C) Park their egos ) becomes difficult from the rep. you build? I'm no saint, but if you think that what you toss out doesn't have repercussions... well, that's just flawed thinking to my mind.
When you read these forums for the A7 league, 99% is polite and still able to have the banter, " trash talking", without being a butt about it
Play hard, but, play nice
This league gives credit where credit is due. If you deserve it, it'll come even if you don't keep reminding us .. maybe especially.
