Just happened to be reading the old OceaniaA#3 threads and saw the thread for the Oceania A tourney.

For the old OA3 guys, 7 teams from OA#3 are in it (out of 32). It'd be fun to follow along and root for our old league mates.

But onto the real question...why can't we do this for Oceania AA?
