RGs need to deal with NTs and be able to pull (if necessary) ... so you've got the str/blk down. since you're really close anyway (and SPs are few and far between), go ahead and 1cap spd/vis/con (13 SP? 14 max?) and then work on getting agi to the 2cap for any new-trend pass rushing NTs.
