Rk- Team---record---Last ranking---next game---write up

---A class by themselves---
#1 Twin Peaks Cherry Pies---(9-0)---(1)---#12 Quahog Blumpkins---Breakfast is over, now they move onto lunch.

---The contenders---

#2 Rancho Cucamonga Quakes---(8-1)---(2)---#13 Stillwater Cowboys---Not surprised the Chronic gave them a game. I would be very surprised if the Cowboys did.
#3 Booty Bay Bandits---(7-2)---(3)---#5 Flin Flon Flyers---As playoff positioning becomes a factor, this game helps them avoid the Pies in the second round.
#4 Halifax Knights---(7-2)---(4)---#11 The Frozen Tundra---Huge win against the Catsharks has made me a believer. This is one of two "non-pie" teams that I wouldn't want to face in the playoffs.

---Visions of playoffs dancing in their heads---

#5 Flin Flon Flyers---(6-3)---(5)---#3 Booty Bay Bandits---Losses to the Chronic and Blumpkins had me scratching my head. A win here would make me do the same.
#6 Seville Scranton Golden Eagles---(5-4)---(7)---#10 New Amsterdam Chronic---They're the only team to knock off the Quakes and they've only lost to the other 3 top teams. I expect these guys to enter the second season at 12-4.
#7 Montreal Hawaiian Punch---(6-3)---(8)---#8 Prince Rupert Catsharks---Huge opportunity here: Beat the kittyfish and they can almost assure themselves of a seat at the big-boy table.
#8 Prince Rupert Catsharks---(4-5)---(6)---#7 Montreal Hawaiian Punch---There is a game every season where a team finds out exactly who they are...this is that game.
#9 Moncton Machine---(5-4)---(9)---#16 West Side Hellcats---They get their turn at the West Side pinata.

---Bottom Feeders---

#10 New Amsterdam Chronic---(3-6)---(10)---#6 Seville Scranton Golden Eagles---They lost to a good team last week...they get the chance to do it again this week.
#11 The Frozen Tundra---(4-5)---(11)---#4 Halifax Knights---This team is a year away from being pretty good. Unfortunately for them, they play a team that is already good.
#12 Quahog Blumpkins---(2-7)---(12)---#1 Twin Peaks Cherry Pies---The faint of heart may want to look away.

---Fighting Relegation---

#13 Stillwater Cowboys---(2-7)---(13)---#2 Rancho Cucamonga Quakes--Dan-the-Man's arm may actually fall off before this season ends.
#14 St. Clair Ice Hawks---(2-7)---(14)---#15 Canadian Bacon---A win is a win and two wins in a row is...well, friendly scheduling.
#15 Canadian Bacon---(1-8)---(15)---#14 St. Clair Ice Hawks---This is the last chance to make it out of certain doom. A loss here and its Bye-Bye-Bye
#16 West Side Hellcats---(0-9)---(16)---#9 Moncton Machine---Countdown to 16 at T-7.

Game of the week:
#3 Booty Bay Bandits (7-2) vs. #5 Flin Flon Flyers (6-3)

Blumkins look better on paper than their record.

We should be better, but a lack of depth in key areas has hurt. The gameplans haven't exactly been world-beaters either...

Think that limits the options some?

For me, the 6 total secondary options hurts worse. Though only having 4 WR/TE total isn't fun

thx for the write-up again. I don't post in here often, but I do read and appreciate all the effort/time you (and others) put in to make this a fun league to be involved in.

Okay, so apparently using the basic offensive AI and setting it to 95% long passes does not qualify as a surprise attack that can help you beat Twin Peaks... I just thought I'd give you guys a nice tip for playing against Twin Peaks the rest of the season!

GG to the Cherry Pies, I was wondering if you'd put up 100+. Your HB and WR had slightly decent games.

Thanks!

I went out right before the deadline and got a 36 CB and 34FS because teams are just throwing non-stop against us. First game we rotated 6 CB's in a game and they all got decent playing time but one.
