As an aside, how the FUCK is D League Liger's scouting report at 57? Outside of a level 45 or whatever Center, everyone on that team is a 32. I don't get it. No offense, Ligers, as you guys are proof that slow building CAN work. The bars just seem fucked up.

Without looking I think they are the team that has sky high ranking in the kicking bar and their kickers aren't terribly high leveled either. Must be some amazing builds on that team.

Must be. Just doesn't make a lot of sense, even WITH awesome builds.

I think that scouting bars take into account a few attributes for each category and base their number off that (I.E if you have a QB with 100 throwing your Quarterback scouting bar will be high no matter the level of QB).

Yeah like a Running back will go dark green usually at base 73-73 speed and agility.

Secondaries do affect the major scouting bars as well.
