Here's my OT: http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=813331

He will soon have 21 SP to spend and I want to know where people think I should put the SP. He's been giving up a few sacks this season, so I want to know where would be the best place to put the SP. Here are the options:

1. I was planning on using the SP to soft cap speed then put the rest of the SP towards 2nd capping agility.

2. My OC wants me to put the SP in the Pass Blocking SA tree getting each SA up by 2 at least.

3. Or would you suggest spending the SP elsewhere and if so, where?

So, which option would you go with?

In order of preference, I'd do them in the order you have them. I capped vision first and I wish I hadn't (over speed).

Protector isn't going to help when you're playing ROT. Unless you're going to try to get a specific position (like LOT) then I think your SAs would be better served if you went w/ the first 3 in the pass tree and the first 2 in the run tree (hands is worthless but Cut Block is nice).

If you're going to spend them elsewhere, I'd vote confidence.

I want to answer this first before getting to your Jake Long clone, V. Speed gets no level bonus, none at all. So if you had done spd before vis, you wouldve been left without the extra SPs gained from vis level bonuses while vis was capped. Too many people think "spd first" and don't realize that spd gets no bonus and thus should go last so that you get all the level bonuses you can.

Ok, V. Your guy looks real good. As you can tell from what I just said, I would go agi to the 2cap before spd to the 1cap. Don't worry about SAs yet since you have time before you can 1cap spd. After 1capping spd (by training spd/sta) I'd move to 1cap con (by training sta/con) which would knock out two things:
1) Get rid of any con effects.
2) Allow you to get high sta without putting an SP in it from here on out.

After that, then you can worry about the tree. I use short-tree/long-tree SA building. What that means is that I worry about building up the first 3 blocks of the tree the way I want, before spreading out to nab the 4th and 5th blocks. For example, if you're worried about the Pass Blocking SA tree, I would suggestion getting Pass Block high first, say to 7 (if your owner wants you to be a pass blocker, why is your custom in the run tree?). Then I would do Foundation, since Shock Block requires you get to the guy first whereas Foundation allows you to get to the guy. As I always say, better to be there and stop than to not be there trying to pancake. Once Pass Block and Foundation are high, your tree should look like 8-4-8-0-0, which is a hell of a good tree for a OT. Then you can work on Protector, which is the most important SA but the hardest to build (this is the long-tree final part). Here you should probably either a) get a piece of AEQ to help build Protector, or b) just build Protector to like 6. You could even do both, although I suggest for every 1 you get from the eq you don't spend 1 on protector.

A good SA tree I think would be 8-4-8-3-6 (before equipment). But to get there, you still have to set up agi/spd/con to your liking (in that order).

As mentioned by Syed I agree you should get agi up to 61 next with your SP's first and would even consider taking it to 68 before doing anything to speed but training it . Looking at the Dc of your team I think it might be a good idea to just go to a 2 person rotation on both LOT and ROT . Not seeing Football Princess build its a little harder to determine who should be 2nd ROT and who should be 2nd LOT but your build is leaning harder towards ROT so if Football Princess is built more towards a LOT then the choice is easier . I would also consider switching your equipment from Str to either AGI or Blocking .Looking at the level of players your going against it should be just as hard to pancake them at 80 as it would be at 68 but the increase in agility or blocking should be noticable .
