LOL...no need pointers. And yes he has excellent builds and did a great job to them. But he made a whole team of his own players. No challenge in that whatsoever. I would sure as shit hope he goes undefeated all the time. But either way, gratz for the tourney trophy.

I don't know man. I know of plenty of one man teams that fail big time. If you have the time and money to put in and you understand the sim very well it can be a near ideal situation since you never have to worry about recruiting and no one cares if your team forum isn't lively. The downside is that you spend a ton more time setting tactics for 40+ players.

one man team is garbage. great for that person but has no credibility. you control everything. yeah setting tactics sux. but you control your whole team. you know if they are following what your asking. there's no worrying about following tactics.
you can guarantee they are lol. no recruiting, no arguing, there is not much skill involved.
only the gameplan which at these low levels takes minimum time. credit for winning it all, but not as much since he paid for the championship
and if he made 40 players then he obviously has the time to set tactics for them all.

Like all other things in life my friend this is about perspective. We beat the Jaguars by 63 earlier this season in a rather meaningless game. You beat them by 14 in a very meaningful one. Congrats on the victory let me know if you want a scrimmage next season.

So what you are saying is that your team is somehow more valid because your agents might not be setting their tactics? That is the most ridiculous idea ever. All teams that dominate set tactics as a whole whether owned by one agent, 5 agents or 44 agents. The only difference between a 1 agent/GM team and a 13 agent/GM team is that the 13 agent/GM team splits the work up amongst themselves whereas the 1 person team has to do everything by him/herself. If anything it is more difficult to run a 1 man team successfully because the multi agent team has the benefit of many sets of eyes when scouting, as well as having specialized people to handle each aspect of the team. I can tell you that as the owner/recruiter/OC on my team I already have a shitload of work each season and I have access to several scouts as well as a DC, a special teams coordinator, a playtime monitor and an equipment manager. I urge anyone who thinks that it is easy to run a 1 man team and make them competitive, please go out and try it and after you have failed miserably please send an apology to my man from BBB#3 shawlemmond.
