You may notice Rampages numbers are #1 this week. I am doing what the BCS refuses to do and that is bow out of 1st place. Boston and JL are deserving of that spot until our games are played.

I would maybe look at adding more weight to head to head matchups

Minsk got thumped by Targoviste. piling up stats on the cellar dwellars shouldn't let us vault past them, imo
