I have 80 base str and 76 base block

With EQ I have 101 STR

Should i start using EQ for Block to get it to 100. or should I keep putting EQ in STR.

split your equipment so it's 3 into str and 1 into blk

I would keep using it towards STR and invest in the great blocker vet ability. By lvl 40 it will get you a 15 % boost to BLK. BY the time your lvl 40 you'll be at least 78 in BLK and that would make you about 90 with the boost. I would think 110 Str, 90 BLK for a C would be better than 100/100.
