if you're asking what I think you're asking. IMO str is better for the run game and blocking is better for the pass game.

Strength = push (high strength = driving defenders back, low strength = getting pushed back by defenders)
Blocking = technique (high blocking = holding blocks for a long time, low blocking = getting shed by defenders)

Both are important to either run or pass blocking, but in different ways. Blocking is more for a finesse OL (holding blocks and letting the RBs pick their way through) and strength is more for a power running OL (driving defenders out of the way with RBs in tow).

actually i think blk is very req'd for both, str is better for the run game and agi is better for the pass game

(hence why blk/str is called Blocking Drills and blk/agi is called Pass Blocking Drills)

That's sort of what I was trying to say with my post, except with less English.

this is accurate

centers need more strength in the ratio for pass blocking mostly because a lot of NT builds focus on more strength and are pass rushers. OTs and guards need a little more blocking in the ratio for run blocking to help with outside running routes. but in general, the ratio should be higher strength than blocking, it just depends on how much bigger. it also depends on who your position matches up against more often. ROLBs tend to pass rush. LOLBs tend to cover the TE and find the RBs. MLBs can be a mix of both. DTs tend to pass rush and DEs tend to focus on the run.

so it is a bit more specific to your O-line slot to be really defined, imo.
