Work on blocking and strength (pay 4 and 5 Skill Points there) while training up intense speed+agility. Build up SA Line General afterwards.

Yeah go natural 3rd or 4th cap with STR and BLK. Get that speed up to 30-35 after you train it some. Same with the CON. You could always build up your Line General too. Some players don't seem to think it is effective, but a lot of GMs think it is great.

compared to http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=824237 i would say you're doing good; just get confidence up to teh 1cap and then train spd/sta. Use Get Low to start moving defenders around at will.

Get Low really worth it this early? I was already pissed I put so many in SA's this soon. Shouldn't I just keep pouring it into STR/Blocking?

actually, what's your raw str/blk (w/o equip) ... you should 3cap str and 3cap blk before you 1cap con and 1cap spd
