consider tactics a wash and builds equally good per level

How many "levels" can chemistry overcome.

A team of all 35's plays a team of all 40's.

The 35 team has 100 chemistry

the 40 team has 60 chemistry.

the game is played 10 times, who takes what number of games.

I'm thinking the 40 team still wins 9/10

I agree, but you take that chemistry below 50 and I think it probably changes.

do you think that because 50 is just low enough to amtter, or that 50 is some kind of magic number where the penalty jumps really high?

I know first hand Low Chemistry negatively effects a team. The Shanghai Cheetahs decided to drastically alter/upgrade our roster mid season last year after our 0-4 start and we were in Low Chemistry prison all season. IMO I feel it is the Chemistry difference between the two teams that has the most effect. We played the majority of the season in the 30's/40's against teams with Perfect Chemistry. On paper our players looked the same as opposing teams but we were still getting beat by 20 points. I don't think "50 chemistry" has as much to do with it as the chemistry difference between the two teams does.

In retrospect seeing how well SE Asia A1 promoted teams did (season 6-lions, sting, tigers, etc) I feel I was a little trigger happy when it came to adding/trading players last season. I always wonder how we would of done with the original Squad from season 5 for Season 6 @ 100 Chemistry...........Thankfully that is behind us. I am happy with the agents/players we currently have and I hope all of our hard work pays off.

Go Cheetahs!

I think there are specific levels where chemistry starts to make a large difference. I'm guessing between 70-100 has little affect on a team. I think the affect gets worse as you get lower probably at the same levels that the chemistry restoration increases.

Don't underestimate the morale hole either. If you lose several games in a row, things can start spiraling out of control. Add in the chem hit, and the effects compound. I don't think any one thing makes a huge difference in moderation. But the combined effects can add up.

We in Cambodia witnessed it first hand. The team was gutted back in Season 3 and Jmarter took it over with only like 5 remaining agents. I think we won 4 games that year then 14 the next without having that much of a makeover. Took us a whole season but we finally got our chemistry where we wanted it and I really think it had some influence in our following seasons.

It was hell last season with the Cheetahs as far as us getting beat by everyone. Our chemistry was low and then after the losses, some players moral( My guys also) fell into the 80s. Now thank goodness all of that is behinsd us and we have started beating the teams we should and hopefully squeak out a few that are even.

Yeah, you guys are looking so much better this season. Should be a good one now that your roster has settled down.
