Is this league working like the USA Pro League? The top teams move up to the next tier and the lower in the top tiers move down?

OK cool so the top teams are moving up. Does it say how many?

I would imagine, that two teams from West Europe Pro move down. Western Europe AAA #1 and Western Europe AAA #2 each one. And from AAA #1 and AAA #2 the Champ would be moving up to Pro.

Same procedure for AAA #1 and AA #1 / AA #2 vis-a-vis AAA #2 and AA #3 / AA #4
