SE AA #4,

Just introducing ourselves...obviously, we're new to this league for this season. We're coming off of the A #7 league championship which was a little surprising but nice. We got fortunate against some good teams but we're a "damn strong football team" too. Now we'll be the underdogs and outleveled....Yay?

Anyway, just wanted to peak into this forum. We're a pretty laid back team. We are low profile and stay fairly quiet most of the time. Any smack talking done is meant to be taken lightly...we can dish it out and take it if needed.

Other teams should learn from this. This is the way you should introduce yourself to a league - with alcohol instead of launching a crusade against the guys that made the league.

Didn't Hong Kong start in this league?

You know, Hong Kong, and Tokyo for that matter, is not is southeast Asia. Southeast Asia comprises Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar (or whatever it's called now), Bangledesh (maybe), Indonesia, and the like. Just thought I'd let you all know.

Well, geographically speaking, it is in southeastern Asia.

Hong Kong is only about 500 miles from Vietnam. It's technically not part of mainland China either so, considering its capitalist nature (which logically would include a capitalist venture such as a football franchise), I think including a profit-driven Hong Kong franchise in a for-profit Southeast Asia league makes perfect sense.

Afterall, Hong Kong is too far to be included in an Oceania League and there is no Chinese or Far East league.

Welcome Phooeys. For some reason when we (Sapporo) were bumped up, we got moved over to Alpha, so aside from preseason scrimmages, possible week 1 or championship match-ups, we won't be facing you as an opponent anymore. Glad to see you bumped up though, and welcome to AA4!
