we are taking a step back this year boys, wasn't able to aggressively hit the market like we wanted to.

We got rid of some players, but plan on raising enough capital to finish the stadium next year.

oh well, we'll try and win a couple with gameplanning, good luck all...

yeah right, we've got some really dedicated agents that are all on board for a mini rebuilding, we'll come out of it stronger than ever before.

our original plans had us in the top 4 in BBB13 last season, but instead we ended up with one playoff road game in A7.

the difference between a couple home playoff games was pretty huge. we aren't writing off the season by any means, just decided as a team not to make any moves. we'll work on signing one or two more guys at key positions throughout the season. i think we can still finish in the top 8 of this league.

I think your team is still pretty solid. a few cpu's shouldn't ruin all the other guys you have.

Think we've all made a few cutbacks this season, is a tricky league to sell to a lot of people. You take what you can though.

well we are still in talks with a couple of guys, but everyone wants to play Pro ball, be a back up, get 5 plays a game, and be at the bottom of the league.

noone wants to be a starting C on a competitive A league team. haha.

I have been lucky no cutbacks and added 6 pieces. plus didn't lose anyone to free agency. I have a very deep team. I do agree it is a tricky league and one of the best in glb. last year was sick.

Not to hijack your thread or anything, but if we don't get promoted this season the Teabaggers are no more.....With the new fame addition, players want to go pro and AAA more than ever and it's next to impossible to recruit for an A league. We have the talent level of Africa Pro but get no respect. I just can't spend 60+ dollars on this game each month anymore only to lose at the end of the season.

yeah no doubt.

we are starting to get to that point, I understand EVERYONE can't win, but we are at the point where we run an EXTREMELY sound, efficient team, but people can't get past the label.

btw, if this does happen. dang and I have already talked about our players. I want at least 1 of my guys to go pro somewhere just to see what it's like lol. I'd also like to keep at least 1 of my players in this league. Having 40 guys now I'd cut down to around 15. Giving me flex to boost for seasons to come.

If this season doesn't go well for us, look out on the recruiting boards, Slop may be available lol.

Pro ain't all that. Is mostly a bunch of teenagers and forum whores bragging about stats. Can give or take it pretty much. Ownership is up for the Maulers at seasons end so i'll be having a re-evaluation of things as usual, no idea what is happening atm, will depend on a number of factors.
