Sorry was to lazy to look it up but.. I have 80 strength and 5 points into shock block. Would more be helpful with high agility DE's?

Some guys say it helps. others say it's worthless. I would probably go with the guys who actually have used it and saw it work.

its helpful IF you can engage them in the first place .. and to do that you need a good slug of agility/speed .... otherwise you never get a hand on them !

I could get a +1 shock block +2 stamina AE for my level 21 ROT
Should I get it or wait for something better ?

I wouldn't recommend having stamina equipment. I'd hold out and get a better piece personally.

might as well buy for now to store your tokens...it could be better then reg equip anyways

+2 strength +2 stamina +2 shock block would be better then +5 of whatever you got IMO

That's a good piece of equipment, get it. You can add strength or blocking to it when you level it.
