That's what I was thinking also, I thought we would be in the cloud but 2 people told me we would be in A ball, I'm so confused

BBB and A are going away completely and becoming a cloud of capped (13-38) and uncapped leagues. We'll be in 31-cap leagues, but I don't know if Bort is going to try to keep feeder (via cap promotion) leagues feeding into the same one.. Like I wonder if we are going to both end up in the same league, and I wonder if most/some/half/whatever of the playoff but non-conf-champ teams that will get promoted to 28-cap are going to end up in the same league.

I kind of doubt it. I would think he'd do the cap-promotions and then just divide each cap level into leagues round-robin style or something like that. That'd give him the CPU team dispersal he's been talking about, too. But it'd mean that the bottom two teams in each league might then get shuffled away from each other, too. Who knows. We'll find out tomorrow, I guess, right?
