one thing i noticed is that jacksonville doesnt have any stadium upgrades and only limited cash, so theyre gonna be fucked moving up.

theyre saying that there are so many gutted higher level teams and ones being sold that 4-6 teams from each bbb will move up, but only the conference champs are sure to go to the a conference right above it.
