With that speed and agility, I'd probably do a few things and be a good LOT: take blocking to 60 or 68, take agility to 60, and put equip on blk/agi/str whatever you think is best for your build at that point.
Though, you can still be a good ROT to support the run, in which case your agility probably doesn't need a full 60, but you'd still want blocking up higher, to help hold blocks when the HB goes off of you.
In either case, as previously pointed out, you should probably focus on blocking first and foremost.

ROT needs to be a massive stud since they don't have access to Protector to help their blocking, speed and agility. What this means is they have to have far more blocking, speed and agility than a LOT. And of course, as the main supporter of the run, they need lots of STR as well.
Just my take on it. A decent LOT is easy to find, a capable ROT is a PITA to find.
