Okay, I appreciate the reception of this idea, but I think it needs a little more direction/clarification/structure. With that in mind, I'm gonna take initiative and lay down some rules. What gives me the right to do so? Nothing. I just am taking the initiative. Being assertive. Blah, blah, blah. Anyway, It'll be better this way, trust me.

Here are the rules for voting:
1. Only team owners can send in votes, with one exception to be listed later.
2. Owners can make a maximum of 10 votes PER POSITION. What I would suggest owners do is hold a vote in their team forums regarding who their team wants to vote for and scale the votes accordingly. If no one replies, feel free to make it up or put all 10 with one player.
3. NO VOTING FOR YOUR OWN TEAM! I know we all want to give props to our teams' respective stars, but I just don't think that we're mature enough on here to pull our heads out of you-know-where and be impartial about our voting.
4. OCs and DCs from each team get to vote 10 votes for the player(s) that gave them the most grief playing against. You can spend that on 10 different players, or all on the same blasted DE... But I'll only take one OC and one DC per team. (OCs choose defensive players, DC offense)
5. PM me your votes. If you want to display them on the forum, that's fine, but I'll only be counting the votes that are PM'd to me. Please label your ballot as OC, DC, or Owner and your team name.
6. Do some research! You don't need to spend all day, but look at the players' impacts on their teams and within the league and determine how valuable they've been.
7. Each team gets ONE Conference and TWO League MVP votes. You MAY vote for a member of your own team. (OCs and DCs don't get a separate vote)
8. Each team also gets ONE vote for an OC or DC. You can choose your own team's. Also, Each team's OC and DC get to cast one vote for an opposing OC or DC that they faced. (OCs choose a DC, DCs choose an OC)
9. Votes must be submitted BEFORE THE LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME to count.
EDIT: 10. Voting should be done in consideration of the REGULAR SEASON PERFORMANCE ONLY!

Don't we already have a Pro Bowl thread?

I started that thread just to see if people were interested. People on that thread aren't really following any guidelines (people aren't voting per conference, they're just mixing them together, which defeats the purpose of a "Pro Bowl"), so I thought I'd start this one with a little more structure.
