I'm looking to bring my team down, because 4 seasons we are still way behind the curve and I want to compete with similar talent.

Why do you have a Europe West team from Omaha? I bet those bus rides over the ocean for every game are what is killing your team. If I were you I'd try to get into a USA league. It would cut down on the jet lag for your players.
