I'm building an LOT. He's lvl 20 and I'm focusing on 2nd capping Blk-55/Agi-50. STR is capped 51, speed is only 26, vis 26, con 26, and Stam 31. My question is, when should I start working on SAs, I put 2 in pass block, 2 in shock block early, but haven't touched any since.

Build up SA's after strength, blocking, and agility are all above 68 natural, speed above 60 natural, stamina, vision, and confidence above 48 natural. You will then have an extremely solid base build and you can spend the rest of your carreer pumping SA's.

heh. That's 14 caps, unless you mean get str/blk/agi to 60 and let them get to 68 on their own. 14 caps takes over 50 levels. Good luck with those SAs.
There is no point in capping attributes slow-build style after level 30 for an OT, the level gains are just so small. I'd thus recommend using level 30 as the time to start SAs if you are on a competitive team.
if you can afford to wait, then yeah I guess make sure you're happy with all your caps, then do SAs, but in no way will this take you past the 40s (or need capped stamina, confidence, or a full 60 speed which gets no level gain)

30-32, str/blk/agi all 60 and at least one of them to 68. SAs aren't that beneficial.

This is rational. Thank you!

At least get STR/BLK/AGL to 2nd cap and SPD to 30-35 then spend on SAs. Just keep training VIS/CON the whole time.
