In anticipation of an oldschool Oceania AA matchup tomorrow the Cook Island Convicts would like to announce that we will be wearing our alternate jersey for our next home game against the Brisbane Heat. Inspired by orange prison jumpsuits, the alternate jersey will be available online and in our pro shop during the game. These authentic OPL jerseys are the same jerseys worn by current and past Convicts' greats like Speeed Racer, Bruce A. Pressure, Charlie Tweeter, and former starting QB and Bort's personal player, Fidel Castro. Each hand made jersey features double stitched seams, three secret pockets for hiding shivs, and are manufactured in the Cook Island Penitentiary right next to the license plate production line. Our players make jerseys on Wednesdays to wear on Sundays.

Fans and memorabilia collectors are encouraged to scoop these up as soon as possible. Per NFL and OPL guidelines teams are allowed to wear a throwback or alternate jersey for two games a season.

Good game guys, it was a good old fashioned AA defensive struggle in the early going, well played on both sides with no sloppy turnovers, ridiculous sack numbers and what not.

I will be looking forward to our next meeting.

Good game Heat. I'm not going to make excuses, you handled us. I would like to throttle Bort though. The AI settings weren't even close to the offense the SIM ran for us. I won't tell you what we wanted to do differently, but I had a certain play dialed up 20-35% of the time depending on down and distance and we ran it less than 5 times. Lol dots.

We're not going to win if we let you complete 80% of your passes no matter what though. I've gotta figure our pass defense out.

Barossa is a big Cook Island fan come Friday!
