I'm assuming more pancakes = better than run blocker? I have 4 pancakes this season.. but I had 80 last year. Did they change the pancakes algo?

So, I'm wondering, strength or blocking better for RT? I've changed all my +str to +block and pumping up my speed to the cap and agility to the second cap, or should I leave speed at 38 right now?

Do I need vision? I have no clue what I'm doing wrong

Strength: 62.48
Blocking: 75.6
Speed: 38
Tackling: 24.1
Agility: 50.24
Throwing: 9
Jumping: 8
Catching: 9
Stamina: 45.04
Carrying: 10
Vision: 43.15
Kicking: 10
Confidence: 34.97
Punting: 9

Pancakes are mainly a strength thing, I think. But they aren't a pure measure of run blocking ability. For any position, but especially linemen, you need to watch replays.

Part of it might be stronger D-linemen, too.

I have good str/pancake/etc., and have only managed pancakes against gut jobs this season. Don't even bother trying for them anymore. Trying to replace my +3str +1pancake equip.

You need to out-level your opponent by a few levels and have that difference in strength.

You should be more concerned with how well you do on run and pass blocking than how many pancakes you get.

I bet if you got strength, blocking, agility, stamina, and vision all over 80 by next season you would get a lot of pancakes.
