I've got a full line started, only spent one skill point to date for any of them - stamina to my center. They're currently all at level 5. I've been training strength and blocking on intense for all of them. I've read a few things on how to build for each position, and which abilities are primary and secondary and that... basically I'm just curious if general opinion is that I should be training differently? I don't plan on spending any skill points until end of season - or longer depending on whether or not you can hold skill points over the off season.

You can hold on to SP over the off season.
Don't hold on to SP for your center and guard. They get so much per level you want to cap ASAP.
For the OT, you can keep waiting to train them up to 30.

So aside my avatar being rather delicious... I should train the center and guards in their primary attributes as quickly as possible because when they level up the bonus to these attributes is based upon the number of skill points already in said skill?

the level up bonus is based on their position, there's a chart on glbwiki.com that shows everything, on the "levelling" page.
