Good luck to you as well GOLee. It should be a good game.

GG. I thought that the whole game would be much more like the fourth quarter to be honest.

So far the league has not disappointed since there's a lot of parity and just about any team,
with the exception of the bottom groups, can win or at least put the fear into the fave.

SE Asia A#4 was also a bit like this and I for one am enjoying the competitiveness here.

If I was a fan, not sure there are many, if any other leagues in GLB that can display such
entertainment on a weekly basis

Good job all and good luck the rest of the way.

well the competition can't be all that entertaining in other leagues, but their forums make up for it. we're doing it the opposite way

Wow, no confidence in us. I don't think we're that bad.

+10000000

If this league had the forums of either SE A4 or Africa AA3 (I only know those 2), this would be a great league to be in.

Oh, and the damn sim time was different. 7 AM in my time zone, I HATE it

I honestly think the sim-time is the biggest reason for how this forum is. It's too early in most people's day to have time to talk smack...plus, the post will sit there for hours before anyone would respond. And talking smack 12 hours after the game? Lame.

This league has the WORST sim time, it's been screwing us up all season... barely have time to watch the game before going to work, can't do my usual recaps and game balls, and then when I get home from work I'm already scouting for the next opponent. Hate it!

Agree about the sim time. But, luckily this time of year is sort of slow for us, so I post whether we won or lost the game before work. And, then at work instead of reading the sports page or whatever I review the game lol Hand our "game ball" type reward out and then start scouting the next game.

By lunch time I have accomplished very little work but we are prepared for our next game lol

Also, weekend games though sort of suck, because there is no way I will be up at 8AM on a Sunday - and I typically do my training and assigning of sp (if necessary) in the mornings while having my coffee. So if the game falls on a Sat/Sun my guys go in untrained - not a huge deal really - but with a later sim time it would not happen.

I wonder if we could set up a suggestion to have all the D league games be simmed at the first set of sims, and all the other leagues simmed later?

I support the later times also. Being early morning for me too, I agree with Graevis about getting the training, etc in before the game. I might want to use a temp boost and get the tokens I need that day, but I'm not available before the game to use them.
