Neither guy has boosted this season, so they can be level 27 right away if needed for the betterment of the team. They will also boost early next season, so you're looking at guys who will be level 31 at the beginning of season 7. Both players need cash for equipment, and both want to sign a contract for this season only so they can get a feel for the team first.
