GOTW: Volgograd Berserks at Prague Panthers: I like Prague, but the computer is giving the game the game to Volgograd by a FG. You can't argue with an 11-0 record either. Enjoy this pontential conference championship preview.

Volgorgrad vs Prague is going to be a fun one. The Berserks are a very good team, but I have a feeling we will pull this one out.

It should be interesting. Definitely the game of the year so far. Battle of two old Zeta Teams.

Might as well post the history of this game:

Beserks v. Prague:

Year 2 Beserks win 16-10 in the franchise's first game
Year 3 Beserks win 21-6
Year 4 Beserks win 14-13
Year 4 Playoffs -- Prague gets revenge 17-16
Year 5 Prague wins 28-10

great rivalry. Beserks hold the edge at 3-2 but Prague has taken the last two. Will their luck run out on Wed? All of Volgograd is hoping so.

We usually play fairly close games. As you can see there is a long history with the two teams.

This is one of the games I look forward to each season. I still predict that Prague's streak continues and the series will even up at 3-3 with a deciding rematch in the conference championship game.

wow - Great history there. Really close games for the most part. I wouldn't bank on running thru the playoffs that easily as there are some tough teams hanging around.

Alpha:

NISSA and Jax Beach pull upsets, BERLIN takes it's destiny into it's own hands with the win at Outlaws.

Zeta:

Panthers, Coyotes and Warheads all come up with big ones. The Panthers win over the Berserks is bound to affect the projected standings. Hat Creek misses that 246 spread by 4 points, Point Shaving investigation is under way.
