So I'm working on a team that is really hurting and trying to rebuild my O-line...would I be better off starting a Center at Guard if he's a very solid player than I would be starting a CPU player at Guard?

Centers can play LG pretty good. 5 interior lineman work pretty well - if they are well build.

I'm starting a center at left tackle. He is obviously better than any of the Tackles I have. I really don't think there is much of a penalty ( if any ) for playing linemen in different positions along the line. I would say the samething for the D-linemen.

has anyone tried building a line of 5 C's, with very high "line general" numbers?

line gen only works at the C position. Not the C .. build..

many teams use 5C as the entire o-line.
