1) You won't be able to make or accept a trade for anyone higher than level 13 until AFTER the nightly rollover has been completed, which means day 17.
2) You won't be able to offer a contract to anyone higher than level 13 until AFTER the nightly rollover has been completed, which again means day 17.

Actually, it isn't 11:59:59 PM is considered the end of that day, i.e. day 16, while 12:00:00 is the beginning of the next day, i.e. day 17.
And you don't have to wait until the entire nightly rollover is over, the rollover consists of two hours, and the cap removal simulation is situated somewhere in the middle, before exp gains and after ticket sales/daily salary etc.
Btw, anyone else sell completely out of tickets yet? We did last night.

We did like a week ago. Lol. We're having NO problems financially, but we need to sell items better. ALL of our games are sold out.

We have 2000 tickets left for our last game, good job we sold well when we were winning because it'll be hard to shift the final 2000 at full price

if your around 15k seats you will be set for next season. if not.. you might run into money probs later depending on how dumb you are about paying your players.
