I've seen a few "when's the cap going to go up or be removed" lately, so here's the dealio:
At the end of week 8 and at the end of the season (end of day 16, end of day 40) after games finish, I'll raise the caps.
After some debate last season and this season about removal as opposed to raising at lv 21, we're doing the following, based on the current max/avg levels:
Lv 13 leagues: Raise to 16.
Lv 16 leagues: Raise to 21.
Lv 21 leagues: Raise to 28.
Lv 28 leagues: Raise to 34.
Lv 34 leagues: Remove cap.
Yes, I know some of you in the lv 21 leagues were hoping to have lv 21 leagues get their caps completely removed, but we need to try and keep parity and recruiting separation as best we can by using the existing caps as best we can.
