Movement from previous week in (_)
1. Cold Lake Wolverines 6-0 (+1)
Continued their impressive start with another blowout victory. They boast the overall no.1 offense and defense in the league so there can be no arguments with this spot.
2. Saskatchewan Sasquatches 5-1 (+1)
Have slowly risen up the ranks since their opening day defeat. Although it doesn't really count but the Sasquatches just beat the no.2 team in the East in a scrimmage as well so we have really started to find our groove. Next up is the Thundering Herd who will be looking for another upset victory.
3. Revelstoke Revolution 5-1 (+1)
Very impressive victory over the previously no.1 Vikings moves the Revolution up another notch. They have recovered impressively from their week 2 defeat at the hands of the Sasquatches.
4. Vinland Vikings 5-1 (-3)
I find myself needing to apologise to the Vikings. No sooner had I moved them up to the top spot and they get beat. Fortunately for them they get to lick their wounds and beat up on some teams for the next 6 weeks.
5. Calgary Thunder 5-1 (+1)
Regained the 5th spot with a hard fought victory over the no.6 Smokers. It looks as though a top 5 is now being established.
6. Greenland Smokers 4-2 (+1)
Were not embarassed in defeat agains the no.5 Thunder so they actually move up a spot because of other results.
7. Moose Head Thundering Herd 3-3 (+3)
That was a big victory over the previously no.5 ranked Ghost Riders. They had the biggest jump this week but it might not last long as they have the no.2 Sasquatches coming to town in week 7.
8. New Orleans Ghost Riders 4-2 (-3)
Again I must have put a hex on this team by bigging up their development only to seem them get upset by the now no.7 Thundering Herd. They will at least be able to take it out on the no.16 Hibernators this week.
9. In San Jose Pimpin Aint Easy 2-4 (-)
They continued their march back to .500 with a blowout victory over the Hibernators. Next up is another winnable game against the Outlaws.
10. Northside Juggernauts 3-3 (-2)
Have now found themselves back to .500 but they should be able to steady the ship against the Blood Bowl. Lose that one and they will be in free fall.
11. Mont-Joli Mooseknuckles 3-3 (-)
That was an impressive victory against the no.12 Smoke and they can feel a little disappointed to not have moved up the rankings at least one spot. Unfortunately for them this is as high as they are going to get with the schedule they have over the next 3 weeks.
12. Kelowna Outlaws 1-5 (+1)
The Outlaws finally got off the mark with their win over the now no.13 Blood Bowl. The battle of the bottom dwellers turned out to be a good one and both teams moved up a spot.
13. Blood Bowl 1-5 (+1)
Despit losing they actually move up 1 spot. They might even move up another spot if they can somehow pull out a W against the no.10 Juggernauts.
14. Toronto Smoke 0-6 (-2)
The bad news is they still have a big fat goose egg in their W column. The good news is they play the no.16 Hibernators next so expect to see the 0 turn into a 1.
15. Saskatoon Shredders 2-4 (-)
They will remain in this spot until they lose to the Hibernators or the Hibernators pull out a shock win against another team.
16. Thunder Bay Hibernators 0-6(-)
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz slow building is so boring.
