No surprises this week, predictions 8 for 8. Even the game of the week actually was pretty decent.
Two Doom fumbles probably cost them the game, otherwise it might have been decided in OT!
CCC still hanging on to #1 seed and added a few more points to their spread over BOR this week. Meanwhile, Monkeys demolish easy and close up the gap some looking to move up. And right now 5 teams essentially tied for 4th, with another in striking range. Fun times ahead!
And week 7:
CCC vs Monkeys. This will be a hard fought game and should be one of the better ones of the season. Both teams are undefeated, but only until this game. Both have also beaten Ava, CCC by slightly more, while allowing the same number of points. Based on that and the scouting bars, I'm putting small bets on CCC to win. CCC wins.
BOR vs Doom. BOR is just too much of a powerhouse for Doom to take down. A big win by BOR though could still vault them into number 1 since even if CCC wins, it probably won't have nearly the margin of this game. BOR wins.
Bastards vs B-dogs. The B-dogs are a good team that have had the misfortune of having a tough schedule up front. The B-dogs have enough of a level difference that they should be able to handle the bastards. B-dogs win.
Ava vs Dallas. Ava has a chance to grab the number 4 spot now and should be able to handle Dallas without too much trouble. Ava wins.
Ravens vs Easy. As the CPUs battle each other, Ravens come out on top. Raven's CPUs higher level, along with the Raven's human players continue the demolition of Easy. Ravens win.
Pirates vs Trawlers. The pirates raise the jolly roger and go a plunderin'. Pirates win.
Oslo vs FHP. Oslo finally found out that a bookie was spiking their gatorade to be able to throw games, at least that is what the team is hoping. After a mediocre start to the season, they get to kick FHP around this game. Oslo wins.
Huskies vs Cards. This game has a lot of potential to be interesting. But...Cards defense is considerably better than huskies level-wise, but.... the huskies are mostly a slow build team where levels may not acurately reflect their actual talent. In any case, I think the Cards will do a fair job of shutting down the Huskie offense and get the win. Cards win.
