Your team is not bad at all, chem is your main problem. The way the league is shaping up, you could slip into the playoffs

Much appreciated. I made some bad (okay, terrible) signings when I was trying to throw the team together because I got the team so late in free agency. Cutting and trading away those signings has cost me chemistry. We'll rebound....by season 9.

In a way, it is the right spirit. I think your first season you have to expect to get it handed to you, especially in uncapped. Second season (Season 7) we should improve, maybe even get a playoff spot, and then compete in 8 and 9. The Chemistry Hole is a hard to dig out from when you make mistakes.
