You are right iirc season 4 was the year that slow building became the fad in capped leagues.

I was a level 7 I think when I signed with Fort Wayne. Our highest was a 9 or 10 I think

My 3 ESM main stays came directly from the D-leagues. One had had nearly a full season to develop and was close to level 13, while the other two only got 1 1/2 weeks plus a set of boosts so they were are 7 or 8. The Marvins were lucky enough to have a nice pool already set up from connections and had a good portion of our roster lined up. I think at the start of the season we had the second highest starter average (second to the Heat) which was apx 14 or 15 I believe.

I remember that Charlie Kalkman boosted at the start of the season 3 and went from a 14 to a 17, and Ryan Seacrest did as well going from 15 to 18. Now that I think about it those might have been the boosts left from the prior season, but none the less the leagues top 2 QB's at the time were 17 and 18 to start the season.

Cool, as mentioned earlier we had Doryano's Rumblers which had all lvl 20+ players and one other team, I want to say it was Ghana that was like that as well.

Aye, I cant speak for the AA regions and there might very well have been one or two 20+ teams... but I think the Africa region as a whole was more so in the 13-16 range. Which as I said is different from the capped leagues which even though they can go up to 13 are usually in the 9-12 range or are slow builds. There's definately a huge level differential between the two averages but its not the difference between 5 and 20... more like 8 and 14/15.

Either way it made for putting us a season further behind as far as winning a title in AA imo LOL
