Arkadark Arsenal def. Sioux City Bandits
The word "LOL" comes to mind. Yesterday I was browsing through stats and thinking 'holy shit, Arkadark owns!' However, I quickly directed my attention to the teams they'd played. While they are certainly a strong team, they have yet to face a strong team, and Sioux City is no exception. (78-14)
Liverpool Outlaws def. Warsaw Stampede
Just so you guys know, I'm always pulling for my own team, and for good reason. Even if we played against a team where God himself was the QB, and Satan was the MLB, I'd still pick the Outlaws. Here, I think what it'll come down to is gameplanning; Warsaw hasn't seen a strong team yet, and this'll be their first real matchup. (28-17)
Helsinki Devils def. Portland Niners
Devils are a class team. GM Johnny Patches says he sees them as a rag-tag group, but don't let them fool you; they are a power to be reckoned with. I see them squishing the Niners. (64-14)
Transylvania Grim Reapers def. Bayside Tigers
Transylvania is looking to bring a little D&D (death and destruction, not dungeons and dragons) to the no-match Tigers. Bayside is one of the lower tier of teams that will probably be the equivalent of a bye week. (86-0)
Stalingrad Ironmen def. P-Burg Players
I hate their name, so I'll always pick against them. Look for Stalingrad to pull it off without too much difficulty. (36-21)
Warsaw Gods of War def. Vilnius Velociprators
No, defeat isn't the right word. "Beat like a red-headed step child" might be a little more appropriate. This is a mismatch for the ages, but keep trying Raptors! (114-0)
Vorkuta Yellowhammers def Saratov Blaze
I think the Blaze are powerbuilding for seasons upcoming, but this season, they are a non-factor. Look for them to get beaten, though not by too much. (47-36)
Pecs of Steel def. Skopje S.F. Kardinals
LOL. (136-0)
