Rolled this the other day I am lvl 15 going to be 16 tonight and rolled this piece have 13 BT stored so could upgrade it twice fairly soon

Can't hurt to buy it anyway. I'd say it's pretty good. Agility has been vastly underrated by olinemen for quite some time.

Eh, I'd get it for now but look to upgrade to a better piece in the future. Run Block and agility are both marginal things to have equipment on, really.
